Why are the policies not mentioned.
Ecrater does not have location to put in store policies.Hence these are put in the FAQ.These would be the terms giverning the sale.

What are the payment terms?
We accept paypal and Google checkout.For paypal we require a paypal confirmed address.If it is an unconfirmed address we shall refund your payment after deduction of processing charges which shall be 5% or $10 whichever is higher.You shall be given credit for the deduction of the processing charge if you reremit within 2 weeks with a paypal confirmed address.So please ensure you provide a paypal confirmed address if using paypal.

What is your return policy?
There are 3 kinds of returns that normally occur.We can provide warranty similar to what is provided to us by the manufacturer. Remanufactured products have repair warranty. You would have to send it to the authorized repair center to get it repaired. Sale of remanufactured products is final. 1.Return for replacement:For products where there is warranty we can exchange the product for you. You would pay all shipping involved.Please email us for a RMA stating your order details and the fact that you wish to return for a replacement. 2.If it is not an exchange but you wish to return it we shall accept it back if it meets the criteria for warranty above. We shall refund less restocking of 20%+ shipping and handling.The shipping and handling charge shall be applicable even if it was sold as free shipping since that is a cost which we have incurred under the assumption that the sale is not going to be canceled.You would have to send the product in original packaging without any parts missing. If parts are missing we would deduct accordingly. 3.If the delivery is refused or the product comes back as undelivered to the address that you had provided then you would be charged twice the shipping and handling charges.That is because the carriers charge us 2 shippings one from us to you and another to bring it back from your address to ours.These shipping charges shall be applicable even if the product was for free shipping since we list it as per free shipping assuming that the sale is going to be final.If it is not then the shipping cost that we incur would be applicable.In addition to the shipping restocking at the rate of 20% would be applicable since it is treated as a returned product.We shall however waive the restocking if the product is requested to be reshipped.In that case you would have to remit the additional shipping cost that we had incurred when it was returned to us.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally.However the shipping cost for that is more.Please email us and we shall send you a link.Further other than Canada and UK Paypal does not confirm addresses.So please email us before you place an order if you are from any other country

We do serve Hawaii,Alaska,PR,APO and AE addresses.There may be an additional cost if the product is heavier since these have to be shipped via USPS Priority.Our shipping would contact you in case there is such a requirement.

There are certain issues for non US Customers due to global settings available at store level rather than item level.Please contact us on sales@bargainunlimited.net and we shall send you a link for the right amount via paypal.Please mention the product you wish to buy,your address and the issue you faced.
